    Saman Ghoddos @ Syrianska F.C. | 2015 - 2016

Thanks to Hormozgan's post, we can track a new possible legionnaire for Team Melli. Apparently, Celtic are after this guy.

He plays for Syrianska FC (a team that only has managed to score 34 goals and Saman has scored almost 1/4 of them), but has drawn concrete interest from top clubs AIK and Elfsborg in Sweden. Should at least get an invite to a camp if he's up for it.

His team is currently 7th after 30 games. Perhaps Zamboor or other Swedish based members can tell more about him?

I haven't followed syrianska this season I'll ask my suryoyo friends at the uni tomorrow

Syrianska has been in the top division before. But well they always struggled there as well as Assyriska. Next up is Dalkurd mark my words alongside ÖIS. (Örgryte) I dont think Syrianska nor Assyrisska stand a chance this coming season to get promoted

I wonder if Team Melli staff is still keeping track on Iranians abroad.

Probably not anymore, because many IPL players are stepping up.

I think we should invite Saman, since we are looking for a new playmaker ever since Ali Karimi's retirement. Shojaei is no longer his former self and Dejagah is much better on the right wing.

Saman is a versatile player who can play on almost the entire midfield area and I think CQ likes that.

If he transfers to Swedish top division Allsvenskan or another reputable league, he should get the invite soon.

He was there during the Sweden - Iran game showing his support for Team Melli as well.

Its funny though how IFK Gothenburg keeps producing one iranian after another. First william, now zanjanchi who is next

Do you think Atashkadeh can promote to the Allsvenskan with Orgryte?

                              A little sidenote:

Newly promoted Allsvenskan side Östersunds FK just picked up Samans left back teammate Gabriel Somi on bosman: http://www.fotbolltransfers.com/site/news/57188

Saman has been head and shoulder above everybody on that team so he would really fit in a top team in Sweden and should try to make something happen during the transfer window.
