I don't think playing for a big Swedish club like hammarby is a bad starting point at all....I see your comparison between our players and East Asians but we have to accept reality which is that we don't have the same opportunities that they have for reasons we are both aware of.Originally posted by Z Joon View PostTaremi is a big player for a club like that. Oh well, Japanese and Korean players that are as good and even worse than him (why give names at this point, there are 10s of them everywhere in the BL, we saw them vs Iran) can start off their European careers at Mainz, Augsburg, Hertha BSC and etc... Taremi will have to start off in "Hammarby".
It's sad, but at the point where we're at I'll take it unfortunately.
Also as big as a fan of Taremi I am, he has definitely impressed but when seeing how a guy like Hajsafi who's been one of the best young players in Iran for years now couldn't do better than FSV Frankfurt then I don't see why we should expect better offers for Taremi.
He has done well since playing for Persepolis but keep in mind he hasn't been doing it for very long (in comparison to other talented Iranians who don't have such offers)....his potential is through the roof if he goes to a solid European team he can develop better, faster, and move to a better league a couple of years after. That being said hammarby would be good news IMOTeam Meli Iran

IFK Göteborg's talented striker Gustav Engvall seems to be heading the Premier League. He's currently on his way over to Stoke to visit the club to decide if he wants to go or wait for a better offer. With Engvall out and Riskis loan deal over, Göteborg might spark new interest in Taremi. Let's hope so.

Did they have an interest in him before? I thought it was Hammarby!Originally posted by Hormozgan View PostIFK Göteborg's talented striker Gustav Engvall seems to be heading the Premier League. My friends at Iranian football podcast Gol Bezan will be interviewing Patrik Mörks colleague Swedish-Iranian agent Nima Modyr at Mörks agency GSM and hopefully will get some answers regarding the Iranian players signed at GSM. Be sure to send your questions to Gol Bezan here: https://twitter.com/GolBezan/status/685497907756269570

First and foremost, it's not about Allsvenskan it's about Europe in general. As mentioned in the original post, this agent has mainly landed young Swedish talent in Europe. Secondly, the transfer window has just opened. And thirdly, I would imagine that none of these players signed by GSM would make a wise decision if they moved now, but rather await to see if they qualify to the Olympics and/or 'til the summer transfer window opens when there's a lot more activity and they get to integrate and to acclimatize to their surroundings including pre-season training.Originally posted by Kiarash View Post15 pages further and still no Iranian player from the IPL to Allsvenskan.
Anywho, who knows what the plan is. So submit your questions and ask?

Nima Modyr, Agent of Ansarifard, Torabi, Kaveh Rezaei and other players: " Currently there are more Japanese players in top European league than Iranians, but personally I think that Iranian football players are much better"
Listen to the full podcast If you can, very interesting. We might very well see Kaveh Rezaei move to a European league like Sweden/Austria/Turkey etc... this transfer window (winter), he believes that Kaveh has the potential to attract the scouts to Iran much more
