Unfuckingbelievable how many goal opportunities we have been missing each week. Without a doubt our finishing is the worst, no other team constantly misses so many sitters! Furthermore the opponent Gk of course always turns into the hero - Rahmati, Karimi or today Beiranvand...We should have demolished Zob Ahan at home, should have beaten them with 10 men away, should have won the derby, should have scored more on SS Ahvaz and now against Naft...some easy and important points we lost on top of my mind, else we would lead the table by now.

It was a very frustrating match, not because we played bad. In the first half we were are all over Naft, completely superior. That’s where we should have finished the game already, but Naft had the time to comeback in the 2nd half and Beiranvand saving the PK was the key for them to equalize. We still had the chance to get the 3 points back, but Alipour was pretty selfish here:

Can't remember the last time we had such a young attacking force. They are electrifying, but still lack the composure & experiences in front the goal:

    Nourhollahi - Kamandani
    Mosalman - Alipour - Ahmadzadeh
    Taremi

    Average age: 22

Mehdi Taremi is a fantastic player. Creates dozen of chances for himself & his teammates, earned another PK and is a constant danger, so you can’t be really mad at him, but he has been in a slump when it comes to finishing. With 7 goals he currently is the top scorer, but he easily at least should have scored 5 more to set himself apart from the rest.

Did Persepolis play with 2 strikers? Couldn't really tell if Alipour and Taremi were playing anything else than strikers. Alipour showed why he can't even make the Omid team, his finishing lacks badly for his position, he really needs to improve it

And Mansourian's tactics are really weird sometimes, he keeps playing players in different positions every single week, most of the time in their secondary positions, today Bohamdan as CB? Shiri LM? Nong and Sadeghian were confused on who had to be further forward. And he gives way too much freedom to players who keep switching positions during the game and eventually even themselves get confused, almost half his team plays in 2 positions during 90 min...
