Not really. His case is different from lets say Iman Jamali who grew up in Iran and also played for TM handball but then decided to leave everything and play for Hungary. Ahmad Moein was born in Qatar and maybe even his parents and grand parents (Iranians were already immigrating to Qatar generations ago) . he may not even have the Iranian citizenship... so we can't really say if he is a traitor or not before we know more about him.

He has gone the wrong way so early, there is no hope for him. I crossed him off of my list. What a terrible penalty by Pouraliganji. There's some mental blockade for Iranians when it comes to penalties. We've been eliminated 4 of last 6 Asian cups through penalties.
