Not true. How can you build up af team when 40-50% of the players change every year? That's not possible. It's like starting from scratch every season. I agree that it's unfair that clubs have to release their best players for a season or two to another club, but it's not really an advantage when they are leaving the club just as they get comfortable. Anyway, this sarbazi system has to be solved in another way. It's the root of the main issues in our football.

I went to Sharif University. I'm a superior genetic mutation, an improvement on the existing mediocre stock.

TS typically starts its ACL adventure strong, but weakens and deteriorates into the remaining group stage matches. Hopefully they will break that tradition this edition of ACL.

Sepahan broke my heart yesterday, shaky performance, as much as they impressed last week, this week they flopped out!

Zobahan I have faith in them and am confident that they will advance in style. Yahya's teams always play a fresh and fluid football, even though yesterday their home display wasn't exactly satisfactory, but still against a strong Lekhvia they're 4 points up!

Just wait until the next game we lose and the trolls will be back saying we suck.

How many of the members that were first to post bs after Sepahan's loss yesterday were active today? That's right, none. It's pathetic to see how the mind of some work here. When there's no loss, there's no opportunity to post smart ass "reality of iranian football" "ipl suck" "iranian amateur" comments so they disappear.

Imagine if fans from other Asian countries were like us, most of them would commit suicide with the level of investments and foreign players compared to the number of times they fail, yet we expect 10 times more success than them, and bark as soon as one team loses

Khiabani is creating nothing but tafraghe by this bull s h i t at the end of the game.. Tabrik be torkhaye Iran... how about tabrik to all Iranians... when it comes to Asian Clubs, all clubs are representative of Iran. And lastly what the heck is the Azari parcham khiabani referred to? There is only one parcham and that is representative of all Iran. Va salam and congrats to Tiraxtur.

I posted several comments and watched the game, then I had many other things to do. You are WRONG that no body posted any comments. I was critical of Sepahan because they played poorly.

Criticising the way Sepahan played is one thing, jumping to stupid conclusions about the quality of a league after the first loss of our teams even though Iran has been the best representative in Asia so far, is another.

If you belong to the first part, my comment wasn't directed at you and you missed the point. Sepahan has all rights to be criticised after their performance of yesterday

Most people are on two sides of the extreme.

One loss and we are the worst, one win and arab teams all suck at football and don't deserve to be in ACL.

We are a competitive league for Asia's standards, but we also have to accept that our clubs have not won anything of worth in a long time.

One thing that is extremely dangerous is to let these wins in the group stage cloud the vision of our league. Our league has incredible shortcomings that should not be ignored because of beating a few teams in ACL, and eventually getting eliminated in the knockout rounds.

Thats the problem I've been trying to address. I seem like the bad guy here cause I came out talking against the league right after the first loss but the truth is that Ill come out talking against the league even if we win all the group games it doesn't matter. The problem with our members here is that, instead of acknowledging the problems we have they choose to get offended when I say we have zero structure. Our league is way behind leagues like UAE and Qatar. This is a fact. All we have is just raw talent nothing more. Zero Infrastructure, facilities, management and so on.. Yet we like to hide our heads under the sand and hope for miracles.
