hmm good points, surely if Carlos had told him why he wasn't being invited (something like, too far to travel, still on the radar, etc, he would've mentioned it). And I can't see why he wouldn't have been invited at least once, if that was the case. I guess he just hasn't been invited, so he has nothing to add. :/

I follow Toronto FC very closely.

To answer your questions, whenever the media ask Beitashour about Team Melli he says all good things. He follows the team and always says he's playing hard to try and get called back by CQ, but he understands that competition is tough.

He's actually a very classy player overall, and is very proud to be an Iranian. BMO Field (Toronto FC's stadium) actually fly an Iranian flag over the south end because of Esteve.

Steven was good but the current crop of players we have are just too good compared to 2014 when we have Khosro lol.
Ramin and Vouria have the RB locked down. Milmo has the LB post locked down too.

i dont know man, Both Ramin and Vouria have been performing rather flaky of late...! i've never been a big fan of Esteve's game, even in his supposed-prime? in the run up to WC14..!dont know if his game has improved since or what, but i surely like to see more competition brought in to test out on both wing-back positions ..!! what happened to that young dude from IPL who got some chances playing RWB a few months back in TM..!! forgot his name..? it was somewhat familiar last name too..!!?
I thought he showed decent potential..!!

Danial Mahini, just like the other SS Khuzestan players who won the championship, just fell off the season afterwards. He has had several good showings here and there but nothing like the 2016 season. He is currently working Daei at Saipa and has been decent. Unfortunately for him, he needs to go to Europe in order to spark CQ's interest.
The other option would be Ghafouri injury or him fading away to give himself another opportunity

I feel like we “ho’d” Beitashour out of the being in the US squad, we should at least just feature him in the squad even if we don’t use him :/
