Esteghal Ahvaz 0-2 Teraktorsazi (FT)
Naft Tehran 1-0 Saipa (FT)
Esteghlal 1-0 Saba (FT)
Tomorrows games:
Malavan vs. Siah Jamegan
Rah Ahan vs. Persepolis
Padideh vs. Sepahan
Gostaresh Foolad vs. Foolad
Zobahan vs. Esteghlal Khuzestan
Naft Tehran picking up its game finally. Hopefully they will keep up this improving trend and make us proud in their ACL playoff match and so on.
Props to Esteghlal for having played a one man short for about 70 minutes of the game, yet managing to hold on to their one goal lead against a good and solid Saba, yet creating some scoring chances till the last minutes of the match.
The youth of this season have been impressive. I mean look at it: Esteghlal Khuzestan in the beginning of the season, a no star-studded team young, everyone considered them amongst the 4 bottom teams struggling in the relegation zone. Perspolis playing one of its/Iran's best football of the past decade without a doubt. Esteghlal getting best results with its youngsters, delivering what a team needs (Results and decent performance).
Sepahan of this season is an example of how an aged team can decline and disappoint. I truly hope during the mid season transfer window they will be able to snatch some good players, otherwise we shall see an embarrassing exit of the ACL group stage by them.
He says that he saw Esteghlal manager Mansour Pourheydari talking with he players on the bench, while in reality he is in hospital.. He then fixed his mistake
Wish all the best for Pourheydari!
I think several of the best Foolad Novin players (including their top goal-scorer) went into Esteghlal Khuzestan. That is why they've been doing so well.

Their coach did not want to hire new players and despite the club management's persistence on buying new players and trading some, he insisted on keeping his team intact from last season. This having in mind that this very same team struggled last season is quite applaudable!
It’s finally time for Khiabani to quit and focus on something else - never thought he can become worse than he already was. The amount of poor mistakes he makes almost each week is way too high, at times it’s quite painful to listen and you just feel bad for him. Don’t know if he is unmotivated or just getting too old, but he should go before humiliating himself even more.
Anyway, some good results for Perspolis. With a win vs. Rah Ahan we can climb on the 4th spot and slowly put pressure on the rest.

He was horrible for the SS-Saba match, just horrible. He makes the viewer frustrated as well as confused
