Fifa usually does not interfere in those decisions. There is less tha 10% chance they interfere and change the decision. Do not put your hope on this.

If Saudi Arabia wins against Uae they will be in seed 1 with us which means that we avoid each other at any cost but it also means that there will be 50% possibility that we get two teams from Australia, Japan, and South Korea in our group which puts our qualification to the WC 2018 in huge risk.

The best scenario is that Uae does not lose to Saudi Arabia and then we avoid Saudi Arabia. In that case not only we avoid Saudi Arabia we also get only one team from Australia, Japan, or South Korea in our group.
