Just another side note: if his team wins the play off ACL match against Al-Jazira he will be playing against an Iranian club.

Don't really know what the chances of them winning that play off is but Al Jazira does have mirko vucinic and jeferson farfan
    Team Meli Iran
    Perspolis FC
    Malavan Bandar Anzali

Sad to see these africans (some are less talented than iranians) killing themselves, faking their age to go belgium, russia greece and our $£€**** snubbing japan, europe to spend some paid holidays on the beach while playing football as a hobby with some locals and one guest star passing there

Lets be realistic, he wouldn't make it to Europe and it was all talks and to be honest that is best option available for him, is much better than playing in Iran. Al-Saad are strong side and contender for ACL. They are probably top 3 teams in west Asia as we talk. For short term it wouldn't hurt him and it may also help him. Daei made his way to europe from Al-Saad also.

Are you really serious? No, Im sorry that may sound "realistic" to you, but pretty delusional to me. Al Sadd couldn't even beat a broken Foulad last year with all their million dollars foreign players, they would struggle against half of IPL teams.

I fail to understand your logic when you say it's better than playing in Iran, any of Jabbari/Hosseini/Montazeri/Nouri and the rest of QSL Iranians have a much harder time standing out in the IPL than in their league, same with PAG in China, if you actually watch their games while comparing them to their IPL performances it should be clear to you. They play with 4 decent money loving foreign players and below average Qataris/Chinese, while in Iran most players have a football level really close to them. Are you basing your whole argument on foreign player reputation and ACL results?

Totally agree GA jan, unfortunately as I always repeat, players often get ruined or stuck when they go to sorkhabi teams and rarely transfer to Europe from there (no offence, knowing you are a red fan), so this should come as no surprise.

However I believe he will maintain a much better football level than if he leaves to Gutter, so as long as he doesn't set foot in Arab leagues, he remains as a promising talent for the future

Make what you want of it, Hajsafi and Azmoun of Sepahan are playing in Europe, sorkhabis can say so every 10-20 years. Get a taste of the red and blue spotlight, and you rarely can get out of it, add to that the broken management and extremely egoistic fans preventing any sort of European move from happening.

Neglecting this is just closing your eyes to reality.

He could get a better contract years ago. Sorkhabi players can get better offers but their management truly is corrupt. I give you that. Ghanari management is not cool either. Navidkia showed some examples of Ghanari management not long ago.
No one is taking credit for Azmoun, but he transferred there from Sepahan. Whenever something similar happens from SS or Persepolis hit me up, any possible European offers below Barca and Real get rejected by sorkhabi managements every year, whether the player is 19 or 26.

Let's see if any player transfers to Europe from these two teams in the near future, for now even Taremi is waiting until he becomes a free agent to move It's surprising to me that you are contesting this after all we've seen in Iranian football.
And the "better offers" do not mean a single thing, you should already know that most of the biggest bazargarmi are heard in Sorkhabi teams, rumours don't mean anything and all teams in Iran have them.

Didn't Alireza Haghighi make the move to Europe from Persepolis?

Pouraliganji is definitely good enough for Europe. If those AZ alkmaar defenders are good enough to be in a respectable European league then so is he. His problem seems to be that he has a loser mentality. He says that he wants to go somewhere that he's guaranteed playing time which no European team will straight tell him that he's guaranteed to be a starter. In most European leagues he has to earn his playing time. He instead goes to vacation leagues like China and Qatar where he can relax on and off the pitch and still earn big bucks.

From being a fixed player in a major tournament like the Asian Cup with zero experience, and scoring a crucial goal in the QF's against Iraq, to playing with some Al-Tokhmesaghi's real quick! Khak to saresh.

                          1) It's not confirmed
                          2) There's still no agreement
                          3) He hasn't even made a decision

Please don't make such conclusions and wait until it's confirmed just like some of you do when our players are linked with European clubd. Earlier on I posted this interview in the Pouraliganji thread

He wants to be close to Iran, since he has a sick mother, but at the same play abroad. He rejected the European offers because the leagues were not good enough, or he would have been benched. He wants to be a regular starter. Pouraliganji currently has no European offers. He will make his final decision after talks with family, friends and players/coaches

Nooshe jooonesh in my opinion, he had a very tough and hard childhood, from losing his father at a young age to going through hell to make it in a team. take all the money from these arab scums and live a luxurious life.
