Are you really serious? No, Im sorry that may sound "realistic" to you, but pretty delusional to me. Al Sadd couldn't even beat a broken Foulad last year with all their million dollars foreign players, they would struggle against half of IPL teams.

I fail to understand your logic when you say it's better than playing in Iran, any of Jabbari/Hosseini/Montazeri/Nouri and the rest of QSL Iranians have a much harder time standing out in the IPL than in their league, same with PAG in China, if you actually watch their games while comparing them to their IPL performances it should be clear to you. They play with 4 decent money loving foreign players and below average Qataris/Chinese, while in Iran most players have a football level really close to them. Are you basing your whole argument on foreign player reputation and ACL results?

Although I'm fully in agreement with you Cheshmi isn't much better if he's going to constantly decline European offers to stay at Esteghlal. It's better than going to QSL obviously but Cheshmi could be looked at worse depending on how u look at it given he had offers from multiple teams

Totally agree GA jan, unfortunately as I always repeat, players often get ruined or stuck when they go to sorkhabi teams and rarely transfer to Europe from there (no offence, knowing you are a red fan), so this should come as no surprise.

However I believe he will maintain a much better football level than if he leaves to Gutter, so as long as he doesn't set foot in Arab leagues, he remains as a promising talent for the future

Add Ghanari team to the list too. Look at Hajisafi! At least players in Sorkhabi teams can get decent offers.

Make what you want of it, Hajsafi and Azmoun of Sepahan are playing in Europe, sorkhabis can say so every 10-20 years. Get a taste of the red and blue spotlight, and you rarely can get out of it, add to that the broken management and extremely egoistic fans preventing any sort of European move from happening.

Neglecting this is just closing your eyes to reality.

Azmoun didn't even play in Sepahan team. His Sepahan times was during nojavanan times and he said it was the worst time of his career in 90. He joined Rubin in 2013 and there he developed. Ghanaris can not get any credit for Azmoun and please don't tell me Hajisafi choosing this weak Bundesliga.2 team was right. He could get a better contract years ago. Sorkhabi players can get better offers but their management truly is corrupt. I give you that. Ghanari management is not cool either. Pouraliganji is definitely good enough for Europe. If those AZ alkmaar defenders are good enough to be in a respectable European league then so is he. His problem seems to be that he has a loser mentality. He says that he wants to go somewhere that he's guaranteed playing time which no European team will straight tell him that he's guaranteed to be a starter. In most European leagues he has to earn his playing time. He instead goes to vacation leagues like China and Qatar where he can relax on and off the pitch and still earn big bucks.

New interview with Pouraliganji. He says that Al Sadd is currently an option, but nothing is certain, since he is currently considering other offers as well.
