Germany lookin for 3 home friendlys this summer

Hope IFF at least contacts DFB. Germany has still not decided on their opponents for 3 home friendly matches, 2 ahead of EURO in May/June and 1 afterwards in August/September.
26.3.: Länderspiel gegen England in Berlin
29.3.: Länderspiel gegen Italien in München
29.5.: Länderspiel in Augsburg
4.6.: Länderspiel in Gelsenkirchen
31.8./1.9.: Länderspiel in Mönchengladbach
8.10.: WM-Qualifikationsspiel gegen die Tschechische Republik in Hamburg
11.10.: WM-Qualifikationsspiel gegen Nordirland in Hannover
Im not having high hopes but i think theres a big possibility IFF doesnt even know about this.

As theyre already playing 2 high profile matches against England and Italy i think they would also play a "weaker" team definately.

We play against Macedonia on June 2nd and Norway on June 7th. I don't know if CQ wants to play away against Germany right ahead of the next WCQ round.

Iran is on Europe tour, playing Macedonia on 2nd June and Norway on 7th June. It would make sense to play Germany on 29th May (3 days before Macedonia).

But it probably won't happen.

Playing them in August/September before round 3 of WCQ might also work.

Actually, Germany traditionally plays at least 1 weak to
medicore friendly before each tournament. For example last year before the WC it was Cameroon, i can also remeber teams like China, Hungary, Kuwait and even Luxemburg being their last or 2nd last friendly before major tournaments. So we as an Asian top and international medicore team would certainly fit in well for them.

Germany was concerned by paris attacks and 4 days after they cancelled a friendly vs Holland. And with happened at Cologne, I don't see them invited a country that is also a big target for ISIS.

Even if we do play Germany close to the date of qualifiers, Carlos will start the younger and inexperienced. He would surely rest the starting 11 for the qualifying match which is understandable. He would love to have a friendly like that but I doubt he would like the date.

a training camp in germany would be good, the week before the first date. iran also in world cup or other camps was in Friedrichshafen or other part in southern germany or austria, so i think they can do it again, probably with the help of uhlsport, in bahlingen, and play in augsburg against germany...best date from the three dates, if we fly to macedon and norway after it.

I think for germany with uhlsport another brand, this will be a good advertisement also, i hope IFF able contact again dub because kaffashian met with niersbach before, but now niersbach is not the president anymore, so, another contact would be good.

Camp and preparation end of may in Germany, playing against germany, than matches in macedonia and norway.


But i really if we would play in Gelsenkirchen, schalke stadium or in mönchengladbach. they have the better stadiums, specially gelsenkirchen would be really nice...

btw fifa.com says iran play in macedonia on 4th june, but did not list norway game yet. if it is really 4th june, iran should make a TM-Camp near uhlsport (work together, as sponsor) and play in augsburg on 29may. This will be a good test, and good TM-Camp and also good for german brand uhlsport, i also write them an eMail and pointet to this.

but some of you also say 2nd june vs. macedonia, or that the matches are not fully fixed???

Seems like Norway and Macedonia matches are really not certain.
What better time to play a world class team away? Usually a team like Germany is always booked for the upcoming 12 - 18 months. Now there are 3 free dates comin up within 3 months.
