My brief notes:

- Persepolis defense still needs alot of work.
- When Taremi runs with the ball at defenses its a wonderful sight, however his finishing leaves alot to be desired. He has the ability to be a playmaker.
- Nice to see the fans there. As always Persepolis shows why it is the number one supported team in Asia.
- Unrelated to the game, but the footballitarin site while being a great source of highlights and clips is very biased. They are extremely pro-Esteghlali and pro-Teraktor and against Persepolis and Sepahan and the Shahin branch teams. They didn't even include Persepolis's 2nd goal in their highlights when I checked earlier today.

I missed the game, and couldn't find the full match to watch anywhere, so I decided to watch the highlights on footballitarin, I knew the score was 2-1 for Sepahan, but all of a sudden upon Sepahan's red card, I noticed the TV showing the scoreline of 2-2 and was so pissed off, so thinking that I might have ridiculously missed out the 2nd goal, rewinded and re-watched from Sepahan's goal, yet nothing. Had to go to other sites and watch our second goal.

I remember 3-4 years ago I read a write up on Footballitarin site, they were saying that one of them is Esteghlali and one of them is Perspolisi, so they will try to keep it levels and neutral.

Nonetheless, Sepahan played an amazing game, and by far their best game of the league (As far as I can remember of course) Having Padovani back for them is a huge blessing and they should be thankful for that luxury.

Our defense is absolutely shaky, so does our goaltending. I was surprised by how we couldn't create scoring chances in the first half, Sepahan put an immense pressure on our team, especially our defense.

As for taremi, he is an amazing runner and great control on the ball while running, however his last touches are quite inconsistent and inaccurate. That sitter in front of the goal was a horrible miss.

All in all a great game, hopefully the trend will continue on, and most IPL teams will perform like this.

I hate watching highlights on those websites. Especially when I don't know the scoreline. The put the scoreline on the caption of the clips, and that is a huge spoiler, pisses me off when they do that. Also their sites are often super slow and annoying, sometimes it takes 5-10 minutes to watch a 2 minute clip.

I agree. Varzesh3 and 90tv.ir are the most complete sources of sport highlights but they put the damn scoreline of every game so it ruins it. Footbalitarin is good for highlights but it doesn't have every game and the quality is rather poor.

Can I suggest those who want to watch complete matches of any sports involving Iranian teams use the archive of telewebion. The quality is good, it doesn't spoil anything and it is not slow unless you have a 500k internet.

overall it was a good game. if only the midfielders had fed taremi better today we would have seen a victory for sure. hatami is terrible, ive said it since the first of the season. nourallahi isnt very good either in my opinion, but i seem to be a minority with that view.

Telewebion doesn't create highlights yes, but they always have the full matches if you go to channel 3 archives section. In fact they archive every single program that is shown on main Iranian channels. Very good resource.

Not really. I saw some instances that he could give Sepahan yellow card but he didn't even call it a foul. One example was the foul Sepahan player committed on Alisha right in front of penalty line.

Did you see that Mosalman should have been red carded in min 25 but instead Shimba was given a yellow? Even Ferdowsipour a longi was talking about it. Did you see the 2nd goal was offside?

Didn't see today's match but if that's true that makes us even with the match from the beginning of the season, that was one of the worst officiated matches of the season.
