There is an interview with Reza, that was published a few weeks ago

"I'm happy to be in Europe after 7 months. I had a couple of good offers from Iranian teams that were better from financial point of view, but I didn't sign any contract to join an European team. Europeans don't sign Iranians anymore like the past and being a Free Agent is very important in this situation."
