the greatest win for our football in recent year is that players accept offers from less than top teams from Europe.
As others already stated, our players often think of themself as GODS and in such good enough to aim for PL, Serie A, La Liga etc.
But history proves our players need time to adapt to the style, culture and higher working rate in European leagues, so starting at a mediocre league is a great step forward. They get playing time and can adapt step by step.
You see that works much better ; Ansarifard, Jahanbakhs, Azmoun and MiMoIran deserves better, TM deserves better.

^ but see where he ended up with that education. A very VERY wise choice.
he's doing far better in life than those who abandoned their education for quick success and quicker cash.
He showed education is far more important. especially when our players are mere flickers and of short duration brilliance. What will they do after football? the best of them become coaches, at the most!!!
some fall by the way side. some become traders in small time markets. Or end up investing in dubious real estate deals that are unreliable.
How many actually became successful people POST-football?

in other words, they have understood the longevity of the likes of Daeis and Kias of Iran, as opposed to Karimis is belief that with hard work and realistic vision will you achieve true success. Na bordeh ranj, ganj moyasar nemishavad.
step wise progress builds a far better foundation for success than a sudden jump to the big time.
Hopefully our three russian exports will take the next steps wisely. imo, french, dutch, Italian and mid level bundesliga are the more optimal choices in their progress instead of EPL, La Liga and top ranking bundesliga.

People still out here acting like Russian league is like Greek or Dutch league..... please go read the rankings. They are the 6th league. Hardly mediocre. Most players leave RPL only to top 3 leagues
I also really like that our players are going to RPL because it is neither too weak, nor too strong for them. I feel like it's just right. Also, outside of the EPL, RPL has to be the second most physical league, and very demanding fitness wise. Harsh weather conditions as well. Players will be well prepared for anywhere after Russia.
