Fastest player while running with the ball I believe was Mahdavikia. Fastest player purely sprinting I think its Milad in my opinion.--------------------------Beiranvand-------------------
--Moharrami----Hosseini--Kanaani----Amiri--
------------------Ezatolahi-----Ebrahimi--------------
--Jahanbaksh---------Ghoddos------------Taremi--
---------------------------Azmoun----------------------

Vouria Ghafouri of AC2015 was one of the fastest TM players I had ever seen running down the wing, until I saw a Milad sprint who is simply in a class of his own.
Madanchi had amazing straight line top end speed that he displayed during WC2006 against Portugal. I remember one of his runs at which point it suddenly became so clear Iran had been playing with 10 men on the field all along with an ancient Daei lumbering around the pitch.
Mojahed Khaziravi back in WC2002 qualifying was incredibly fast as well, it's a shame his career ended the way it did. I think you could argue that Ali Mousavi from our 1998 Asian Games gold medal team was the fastest TM target striker within the past 2 decades. He had the strides of a gazelle.
Overall, Milad is #1 and there isn't a close second. I think Kia and Kaebi are interchanegable as the 2nd and 3rd fastest TM guys ever.

Any videos of mahdavikia at his prime? I know he was fast. But I'm too young to remember it.
I do however remember kaabi. That guy is a savage, and fast.
Mohammadi is young and playing in a good European team.
He also seems to be great at giving assists which will attract the attention of big teams. He already has 4. Imagine if at the end of a reason he ends up with 8 assists and maybe a couple goals. That would be amazing for a left back.

Mohammadi and Kaabi are a bit different in style. Kaabi was used to help the attack. He also had Daei to cross to for past his prime so who knows. Kaabi's runs helped guys like Karimi and Hashemian avoid getting doubled by a CB and a LB and that let them do their thing.
Mohammadi is a lot different. His speed is a defensive asset. Against China, he neutralized their speedy winger. The Chinese guy kept smashing the ball 10 yards ahead trying to get into a leg race and he could never beat Milad.
Milad has also saved us from conceding with some good clearances(one header esp) against Uzbekistan.
What I see Mohammadi do that I dont remember Kaabi doing(I was 14 last Kaabi played for TM) is going on late 60-70 meter dashes late in the game that relieve pressure from our team.
Against Uzbekistan, he took the ball from our box by their box in a straight run that forced Uzbekistan to pull the siege they had on our goal in the last 5 min back.
