Kaebi was somewhat close but khalatbari was definitely not in Milad's category. He was super quick especially with the ball which is why you probably think that was but if we're talking about pure sprint speed Tehranto's reaction is not an exaggeration by any stretch.

KB was fast, but more like Alishah fast. His strength was more based on super low center of gravity/high agility and close dribbling.

Kaebi is more comparable but I still think Milad is a level ahead, he's easily one of the fastest player Ive seen.

There was this other TM player ( forgot his name?) scored @ AC 07 , mostly played attacking wing..! He was a fast mofo somewhat comparable to Milad , not quiet as quick perhaps ?, but aineh khar saresho mindaakht payeeno midoeed
