Iranian female futsal player has been nominated as the Best Woman Player of the World by Futsalplanet website.
In the 16th edition of the Futsalplanet Awards, the most traditional prize of futsal, Iran’s woman futsal player Fereshteh Karimi has been nominated for the Best Woman Player of the World category prize along with nine other players.
The ten nominees announced by Futsalplanet website include Amanda Lyssa (Brazil), Ana Patricia (Portugal), Fereshteh Karimi (Iran), Lucileia Renner (Brazil), Caroline Da Silva (Brazil), Daniela Sofia (Portugal), Aleksandra Samorodova (Russia), Tatiane Debiasi (Brazil), Vanessa Cristina (Italy) as well as Vanessa Sotelo (Spain).
Meanwhile, Iran’s Farzaneh Tavasoli had been nominated for the Best Woman Goalkeeper of the World prize category.
