I do not understand WHY the upper portion is not fixed to allow people sit there. I read that it must have numbered sits.

Not a bad game from Iran in first half. Iran can manage to win and top the group. Next games will be more close.

Iran has good players who deserve to go to WC.

They just don't wanna spend the money in fixing this stadium. Some of the pictures in Azadi stadium proves how terrible the stadium's conditions are.

Nonetheless with our fans it would be scary to have seats on the second floor, a wrong call against their team, and those flying seats from the second floor will definitely kill many seating in the bottom floor.
