Rafiei isn't a true CAM although he can play there, I have more hopes for Bakhtiar in that position as his vision and passing is better. Shojaeian's vision is almost as good, his passing arguably is even slightly better than Rahmani's but Bakhtiar is more effective and efficient. Competition is going to be tough for that position and I think that once both Soroosh and Bakhtiar will be done with their sarbazis we most likely won't see Masoud Shojaei anymore in TM

Bakhtiar Rahmani will finish his sarbazi right after the end of this season. So he will be available for next round, but Soroush Rafiei has one more year to complete his sarbazi.

If he plays regularly in Team Melli, his chances to join an European team are certainly higher. However, he has already featured in friendlies against Hannover 96, Eskisehirspor or ATA (Romanian runner-up).

He seems pretty good BUT i like to see if he can pull any of this against top Asian teams or other European teams. He probably wont get away with all those nutmegs against quality players. So its really hard to judge Iranian players based on their IPL performances. Good news about him is it seems he has a good game IQ

I also didn't see any trick moves, mostly weird moves without touching the ball, then tapping the ball between the legs of a defender (his speciality I guess).
The only players I ever saw pulling these kinds of skills regularly in the IPL in my time are AK8, Masoud and Shojaeian. Anyways technique is just one of his biggest strengths among others, his playmaking and passing are also great

Hopefully Europe is his next destination, we'll see...
