Am I the only who doesn't understand the entire Cheetah thing? Did putting a cheetah on our team melli jerseys help anything?
Why don't we put UNICEF or something that might actually help a good cause?

It might not help anything but it gives us a distinct and unique identity that sets us apart from the other teams. After all, the Asiatic cheetah is our national animal.

I prefer stayin unison with the shirt and shorts. We have had unison matching fits for the longest time ever and just recently other nations have decided to go unison. It really is a symbol of our outfits. The all white and all red.

Isn't it ironic that after over 2500 years of history, culture, art, this and that, we still don't know what really needs to go on our national football jersey!!!

Is it that hateful emblem of I.R. writing in the invador's language? Is it this Uozpalang that all of sudden has become our symbol? Does anyone know how many Uozpalang exist in Iran, in Total and at its peak of its population? -- I don't think they have ever roamed the Persian land.. Is it the Sun and Lion, should it be Farahvar or Drafsh e Kaviani? should we even use the colors on the Drafsh e Kaviani as our true Persian colors???

Really cool how they're open to suggestions. Although they're not the biggest and most popular of jersey brands, I have a good feeling about them.

Hopefully we can purchase our jerseys online no matter where we live in Earth.

Good work man! Unfortunately I think it's the end of the cheetah but your designs look amazing!

Apparently the cheetah will remain, it will just have the same colour as the WC jersey (not as dark as in AC)

Is it the Persian Leopard or the Iranian Cheetah that is on the TM jersey? Both are endangered species, with very small number of them left in Iran. I don't understand why it gets so much hate from some of our members here, I thought it was a noble cause to put it on the jersey and make a point that the animal is endangered species. I am willing to bet that there were many foreigners who had no clue Iran has a population of wild cats.

I found out that Givova's representative in Iran is in Taban Gharbi St. in Jordan. But it seems that they will open an own store.

Iran and the government doesn't give a shit about the environment. We have one the worst air quality cities in the entire world.

Did they? If that's the case we might have a nice kit after all. Yeah I like Saipa's kits it's just that I thought might look dull for Iran compared to the Uhlsport ones. Pretty much any of the ones you designed in your first post would be nice honestly I would like something like this

Difference with Unicef is that it's a not for profit organization that people give money to. If people see Team Melli wearing a jersey they will go and donate. What can people do if they see a cheetah on a jersey?

Yeah varzesh3 said that the designs will be out in 3 weeks and that the cheetah will stay, it will just be lighter. I don't know how accurate or reliable varzesh3 is though so don't take my word for it. The link to the article was posted earlier in the thread.
