the blues are shaping up to be a very strong side for next season, very disappointing off season so far for the reds.Branko needs to start getting more serious if all the rumors are true about losing taremi, rahmani, bengar,Bengtson etc. they need good replacements or the reds are going to under achieve in ACL. Apparently this Ansari guy his picked up was decent in foolad last year but i am surprised that bengston is been let go, he played very well for pespes last year.

Meanwhile Perspolis after so many years is having a good pre-season time, actually out of all PGL teams Perspolis looks to be in the best situation! A proven international coach, the skeleton of the team is still intact and the fans are fully statisfied which will result into huge support. With Beiranvand, Kanaanizadegan, and most probably J.Hosseini we already have done a formidable job to improve our main weakness which was the defense.Formerly known as Persianking!

PK has a point. packing a team full of superstars (in Iran means huge difficult egos), a team that traditionally has massive fans meaning more pressure than usual is tough to control as it is.
now take a young coach with not much coaching experience at top flight is a recipe for disaster for both the team and the coach. If things dont go as planned the repercussions and resulting pressure may really hit the coach's career badly.
I'd hate to see this happen to Mansourian as he has a lot of promise.

Not only i agree with PK and DD, i would also add that if you do not take care of the internal "agents" i.e. rahmati even the biggest coach can't put a led over it!! from the recent Mazolumi reports it seems there are many internal "agents" that function at different levels. it is not just 1 or 2. the only person i feel bad for is Mansourin who will get the blunt end of the bad deal from fans if any thing goes wrong! he was shaping up to be a young and up and coming coach that I think is still not ready for a big team.IRI = FAILED
