    Yes, there are all kinds of businesses in residential buildings. There are no zoning laws, but you do need a permit to operate a school or a business in a building. That's why you see many businesses in residential buildings with no business signs to avoid inspectors. They have a tiny tiny sign by the buzzer only so you ring the right place.

    But for Asia's most popular club to be administered out of such a terrible place is a disgrace. The concrete floor of the parking garage is the reception area.

    Schools in residential buildings look better and more professional!

      Great news if true. Go over there, keep you head up, work hard. If he plays well, he will be back in TM. He will also be away from the parasites, which judging by comments in this forum, are higher in number than even I thought (both in and out of Iran).
