The truth is more of it is true than many people think, I have hopes that karimi will be smart enough to take the opportunity if it's actually been presented to him, just like you said he hasn't featured in a while and this will give him an edge. Croatian league generally speaking is decent, I have many Croatian friends so I'm a little familiar with their teams and their top sides are good starting points for guys at karimi's level who are just about good enough to get a call up from CQ from time to time.
