Hashem is a hard working player who has been very unlucky when it comes to injuries.
He has missed several tournaments including the World Cup.
I'm honestly not surprised he aimed for Europe and it's understandable. He wants to return to Team Melli and possibly play in the World Cup.
Respect to Beikzadeh! The lion LB vs South Korea, June 2013.

It is a priority to send younger talents to Europe. Having Beikzadeh and Shojaei in some random/ok league in Europe won't bring Iran NT much. They are not the X factor that can bring us to the next level.
Torabi, Shojaeian, Shekari are. Even Hajisafi, if he land in the right place. I would switch Sajjad shabbanzadeh(?) and Beikzadeh moves for one of them.

do you rather have someone who is not "Worldly" has not seen "European system" or someone who is like "ghalenoee or MK"
they can make connections that can help their coaching career, get them European License etc....IRI = FAILED

where does he have his license from? Just for playing in Germany he got his European C or B license, that should tell you a lot!!
Look at Kia, where did he get the idea of Kia Academy?
Look at Hashemian, where did he get the idea, connection to coach in Germany?
Look at Javad, he went back to Osasuna and for sure he took Shojai and Karim with him too with his partybazi and go relationship
the examples are endless
also, look at all they young players he has introduced to our league?IRI = FAILED

Daei unfortunately didn’t fully make use of his connections and is stuck in Iran. Despite not being too successful, he at leasts adds a lot of unknown talented youngsters to the league and knows how important it is for the future as he saw how they do it Germany - while others like Ghale only think about trophies and short term results for their own success...Formerly known as Persianking!
