All I can say is that the only argument against ebrahimi can be his age. But in terms of fitting with CQs game plan he's been quite good. We will have to see him vs better teams. Most importantly we have to see if he can hold it together against a physical team like Uzbekistan.

I'll agree with kicking Ebrahimi out if he goes to Qatar only if all other Qatari league players are also kicked out.

Until then, Omid Ebrahimi is a TM starter in my book.

But obviously I'm very disappointed at another one of our players joining QSL teams, similar to the other players we can probably say goodbye to his top form next season

I do think that players can drop in form going from IPL to QSL but I also don't mind a player like him going there when he has no chance of going to Europe. I think he has proven himself in TM so let him make his money cause he is not Dejagah so if he drops in form he will not be invited to TM. Till then I give him the benefit of the doubt.

It's his lack of ambition that makes me dislike him so much (going to Qatar while half of our team is already in QSL). Very annoying.

Really, Neko and Teymourian bro? They're national legends, not to mention that he played for PAS. Same goes for Borhani. I can't remember every example as you want me to mention, but for instance you are also very subjective when it comes to your old club PAS, such as when you mentioned that Firouz Karimi should be in the list of best Iranian coaches, cause he won the ACL with Pas, and when I posted a video of his disgusting behaviour, you said that you were not taking his side or protecting him, but you did downplay his disgusting act a lot as if it was no big deal, which I found somewhat interesting.

And I agreed with you on Heydari saying he is not good enough for the world cup for sure, but I did not agree with some of your other opinions on him saying he is slow etc, which were clearly false, also proven by Fifa's measurements during the world cup. This is another example I was referring to.

Also, you are wrong on Ebrahimi, that analysis was of his performance in TM, not in his club. So it serms that it's not only me who thinks so about Ebrahimi but also CQ who plays him and the Navad analysis who showed how important he was for TM.

For me it's not that he has been that bad, it's more like it doesn't make any sense to have him in TM.

He hasn't been phenomenal to justify keeping him and unfortunately for him his age doesn't align well with our next big tournaments.

I would rather try the younger more promising players. Remember, Branko didn't have to use Teymourian and Nekounam, but chose to and they gave us over a decade of service in TM. We should be trying to find their replacements, not a temporary band-aid.

I don't follow IPL close enough to know who could replace him. Teymourian and Ezatolahi will probably play over him when available any way. I still think the way he has performed so far should be enough for him to continue. We can always transition in a better player if one is available.

Ebrahimi is a poolparast. Wherever they give him more money he will go there. He left Sepahan because Esteghlal gave him more money and he was gonna come back to Sepahan in the season that just ended but Esteghlal gave him more money and he stayed in Esteghlal. Now Qatar will offer him more money and he will go there. I still don't think he should be cut from TM because he is going to play in Qatar though. He is one of our better midfielders.

Me stating my view on Ebrahimi and you repeating a strange theory with no evidence would qualify as having some sort of chip on your shoulder.... or you're just strange. I'll leave it to you.

Argue all you like, but leave your strange theories and drama out of it. Yes, claiming i have some TM bias agaisnt Esteghlal players instead of discussing the topic is drama.
