The article had mentioned that the new rules were applied after 10/06/2015.

Hajsafi's move to Fulhum/Hull City was denied during the winter transfer window 2014/2015 (before the new work permit rules)

    Such a shame though...

He hasn't decided to stay, there is still a good chance he will go to Turkey.

Do you guys remember last summer when Behnam Barzay had an offer from Getafe but Esteghlal's coach didn't let him leave? Do you guys think they or another La Liga team are still interested in him?

Doubt it, he had a quiet season. The offer was last summer and he didn't do anything this past season for even a mid tier European league to take note about. There are many better young players in our league that had great seasons unlike him.

Mazloomi benched him despite his potential. He played in 18 league games and had 703 minutes in the entire season. I still don't get why he refused him to at least go on trial.

Adanaspor is a big team and will be even bigger now that Adana Demirspor didnt get promoted as well( they lost in the promotion qualification).

Adana is the 3rd biggest city and he could make a name for himself there.

It looks like Sosha Makani is trying hard to join an European team. He has been recently linked with a move to Istra 1861. Now, he has recently been to Hungary and is now located in Austria.

Good news, if he cleans up his act and improves himself in Europe, I am sure CQ will have spot for him on TM.

John Charles Peacock, former manager of England U17 (2002-2015) and current assistant manager of Derby in the Championship, is linked with the head coaching job of Esteghlal.

I like his ambition if he can land in one of those leagues, stay out of trouble, and regain the consistent form we saw in his foolad days then he can have a shot at being a regular in TM. A lot needs to would need to go in his favor but if he shows the ambition and puts in the work I wouldn't doubt him. Croatia and Austria would be good for him.

He is the guy that is being picked on right now (and I don't mean in a footballing sense), so its best for him to go.

People might not think this, but the National Team is very important to Makani based on the interviews he's had recently, so I bet he certainly didn't like it when he was left out of TM the last two camps.

Finding a nice team in Europe where he can play without being focused on in the media would be great for him. He is obviously capable of being a great keeper, when he was in Foolad and Naft he was basically in the top 2 domestic goalkeepers in the league.
