A Russian team offered 300,000 dollars for Ali Alipour but Perspolis chairman Taheri wanted 800,000. The Russian team was willing to go to 500,000 but perspolis declined.

It seems they declined because Taremi left PP so they couldn't afford to lose another striker.

They're so dumb they could've sold him for $500,000 and used that money to bring in a quality foreign striker. When the hell will these morons think about what's best for our players and not what's best for themselves? It's a win-win, u can afford to get a good foreign signing and on top of it you let one of your young players grow and compete in Europe. Heyf....

It says that if they kept Taremi, they would have sold Alipour. To be honest, as much as I would like Alipour to see in Europe (he has huge potential and can even get better than Taremi since he is only 20), but Perspolis can't afford to lose all their strikers. If he can play an even better season, we can definitely see him in a decent European team in the age of 21.

They could have easily used 500k to get someone 3 times better than alipour

It's always interesting for me when Iranian clubs such as perspolis hesitate to sell, even when the offers are financially rewarding.

How else do these clubs make money?

Dinamo Zagreb is on par with some pretty good teams in the Top 3 leagues in Europe (Spain, England and Germany)

Hopefully becomes official soon. An Ali Karimi- Ezzattollahi midfield core is very, very good.
