For the love of god Ashkan please return to europe i know it is nearly impossible to see him play like he was in Wolfsburg or Fulham but still he would be better than last 2 years.
Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things and no good thing ever dies.

Guys… China, England, Germany… They are all filled with superior talent! Of course we would rather see Dejagah in a heavier football climate like Germany or England, but don't be too upset if he signs in China! Mark my words, the Chinese Premier league will be one of the better leagues in a few years… It is already a 50x improvement from QPL.

China isn't much different than Qatar. The foreign players from the big clubs allow them to do good in Asian competition but each team is only allowed 3 or 4 foreign players. Most of the players are domestic and average Chinese players are pretty close in level to Qatari. It's basically the Qatar of east Asia. People should be very upset if he goes to China because it would be a huge downgrade from England or Germany.

China's football league is nothing but a money laundering league.
Investing in old washed out players is no use to them.

However they are being smart and also investing in their youth systems which will reward them much more.

Ok, I may have been carried away a bit… Sure Chinese league isn't great… it isn't even that good. But honestly, I consider it an upgrade over Qatar. Lavezzi, Hulk, Gil, Yilmaz, Renato Augusto, Jô, Ramires, Obafemi Martins, Fredy Guarin, Fredy Montero, Jackson Martinez, Alex Teixera, Gervinho, Stephen M'bia, Paulinho, Fernandinho?
Come on… I admit its not THAT much better than Qatar, but it would also be foolish to act like this is a horrible move. Of course we would rather see Dejagah in England or Germany though…

Actually they are signing players who are in their absoloute prime years...Quality players like Gervinho, Renato Augusto, Ramirez, Hulk, ... are all 27, 28 or 29 years old. Only very few players like Lavezzi are around 31 or 32. The money they are spending is just unbeliveable.
Few days ago they signed Graziano Pelle and theyre giving him a salary of 12milion $ per season. Even at Bayern, Chelsea or Barca very few players earn such amounts.
China is going to be a very interesting league. I definately would prefare to see Dejagah play there instead of Qatar.

Doubt he has any epl suitors ..!probably the championship if any English interest at all
China seems a far more likely destination, if he actually ends up leaving gutter. ..?
I guess a slight improvement over Ayrab league football & that way he will continue to get big bucks too. ,!

@ least Magath will whip his lazyass in shape a bit.

Dejagah to a relegation english PL team is actually a big win for him personally and for TM.

They actually attract many younger age stars as well, that remind me about Turkish league in mid 90s which helped the league and national team to improve a lot, however i doubt if it will be the case in Chinese football as they don't have football culture.

I used to work in China and it would depend upon if you are talking about spectator sports versus sports being played. Spectator wise, football is the most popular sport in China followed by basketball. Participation wise, I would say it's table tennis.
