Our club is about to experience one of the most embarrassing matches in its history because our upper management and fanbase were easily influenced by a bunch of social media accounts.
Do you think it will lead to actual change in the club though?
We have been surviving off of the fumes of the great 2013-14-15 scouting + transfer work we did for the past 10 years. It was bound to run out.

Agree that their club success can't transition to national team success, but we have to admit Al-Hilal is whipping us good today.

Yes, this will probably be a record loss for us

Sure, I am not expecting us to be dominanting Rich Arab clubs, but my point is that it was not the right to switch managers. Whoever came in was set up for failure as they didn't have the time to build and implement their style of football. It's not like we were in the bottom half of the league or something.
We should have waited until the of the season.

The embarrassing part of it all is that this team is only like 5 points behind Sepahan in the league. That should tell you how weak our league is.

Sepahan was even worse in Asia. Couldn't get out of a group in the B level continental tournament.

However, I'm not too alarmed at club level.
The Arab teams always outspend us heavily. We can't compete on that front.
Even with all that Persepolis has been in 2 recent ACL finals.

We just have to go back to the basics and rebuild.

I didn't see enough contact there to award PP a penalty.

Well I think Kartal learned a good lesson:

                      Yasin can't play.
Kanaani is not good at this level.
Defensive shape is very important for us against the big boys.
4-3-3 will not work unless we have elite players.

Team did good to stop it from turning truly embarrassing.

                      Now we must beat Al-Nassr.
Play the right players, and those who aren't afraid of the opponent.

This team's defensive problems are deep. Notice how Malcom and Cancelo slipped past Salmani and Milad like butter.

This team needs Torabi back. It also needs a better CDM, and an Amiri replacement to help bring it forward.

It also needs a better LB, Milad gets exposed when anytime the opponent is actually good (instead of random PGPL teams).

Finally it needs better CBs since Kanaani and PAGs knees don't work. Go after a ball carrying CB like Aghasi and a tall physical player like Hazbavi.

Instead of spending millions on coaches we need to spend it on recruiting better players. Half the players in the club don't deserve to be at Persepolis. Maybe Havadar

Seyed Jalal was very cold during his post match segment on football360. Looked and sounded annoyed.

A lot of negative comments about the club upper management.
