Fan pressure is unbelievable to hire forigner coach. Darvish has no choice to hire one . Karim is not stupid to except the job with the schedule coming up. He take care of the team game by game until new coach arrive.
but at the same time Karim is hiding the team hostage as well. A respected European coach want bring his own staff so it makes it difficult to tell a coach come by yourself and work with Karim o seyed o khanban.
Right thing to do is either take the head coaching job or quit. Karim wants to be aking maker instead of the king. AND HIS POPULARITY RIGHT NOW IS VERY HIGH.

Now we have no manger, the team is completely disjointed and our team is still filled with bums.

We're going to end up spending a fuck ton of money to hire a mid foreign manager to shut up the fans for a few weeks, give him no time or money to build a squad.

We will be in this scenario (or worse) in a year again.

Rebuild was always required. Just a matter of when.
I still think if we get one of the two coaches mentioned (Rui Faria, or Julien Stefan) and actually give them time we'll be ok in the long run.

If we signed a manager a few days after sacking Garrido maybe we would still have a chance. But next month our schedule is brutal and the new manager will simply not have enough time to adjust.

Not only we are going to get knocked out of ACL, we aren't going to even finish top three this season.

Unless the new manager is Iranian and knows the team really well.
