Completely agree. How the hell he could imagine that an European club is going to give him 50% of xxx K$ before any contract being signed or any medical test ?

He is Taremi's lawyer, not a FIFA-licensed agent. The negotiations with European teams are done by international agents as far as I know. Agents without FIFA license can't negotiate with teams form different confederations (IFF agent can't negotiate with UEFA teams).
