Look like he is in trouble as he couldn't play with Rostov in friendly as the deal is not 100% sealed. Sometime i feel the kid is not well advised which is sad for such a talented player

^ I think he's trying to move to Rostov. He said on Khandevaneh that he's flying to Austria to accompany Rostov, to train for their UCL Qualifying match.

Maybe he shouldn't forget that it was Rubin that brought him out of Iran

On the other side, Azmoun has filed a complaint against Rubin and hired a well known Russian lawyer.
There seems to be a clause, that allows Azmoun to leave Rubin for a certain fee and he has reached an agreement with Rostov. The club is ready to pay the fee (apparently 2,5 million euros).

He claims, that Azmoun has already asked three times to leave Rubin.

No one is doing anyone a "favor". Rubin bring Sardar to their team because they know his potential and believe he will help them, not because they are nice fellas who want to show some act of kindness by getting him out of Iran.

There are millions teams in Europe that could do the same with others talented iranian players but prefer to let them waste in IPL.
I consider Rubin did him a favour as it is not sure that other clubs of Europe would have taken the risk to take an unknow players from a small football country (+ administrative problem to solve) and give him playing time both in RL and Europa league.

When you see the kid do wonders with national team (WCQ, AC2015 and friendly) and russian league (2nd place with Rostov) and NO top4 league is interested by him...

So it's become a nasty divorce afterall..!
a legal battle over technicalities in their written contract and the & the correct legal translation of it's language ..!
Let's hope @ least the eventual legal resolution is a speedy one & doesn't drag out the whole damn pre-season ..!

From what I recall A few years ago Arsenal offered (what it seems now to be his buyout clause figure of) 2.5 mil. For his transfer but Rubin declined that offer back then. & that's well before his potential was well proven such last year. ..!
They don't want to let him leave for measly 2.5mil obviously because they have others offering well over that figure !? Or they value his services for another season with them more than that. !?
Or it's just a flat out pissfight between the parties which I'm pretty sure Kurban also has a significant role in it.

I honestly dont think they got an official offer from Arsenal, plus at that time he couldnt have gone to EPL since he didnt really feature in TM games. This was before WC and Azmoun wasnt even invited to TM for the WC.

SARDAR AZMOUN IN COURT BATTLE WITH RUBIN KAZAN

Two teams and one rising star are in heat of court battle in Russia these days. The controversy is surrounding*Sardar Azmoun, Rubin Kazan’s Iranian striker, who was loaned out to FC Rostov in 2015-2016 season.

Sardar had time of his life at FC Rostov last season with*nine goals, being selected in Best 11 of Russian League, and*securing a*Champions League playoff spot. With final days of his loan contract at Rostov looming, the*Team Melli striker*did not seem*interested in returning to Rubin Kazan. Refusing to participate in Rubin Kazan’s training sessions and friendly camps, the young prospect*instead joined Rostov squad*in Austria for their friendly match against Trencin. In a public appearance on a TV show in*Iran, the 21-year-old did not hesitate to*name Rostov his team next season.

However, Sardar’s refusal to participate in Rubin Kazan’s training and playing for Rostov in pre-season games have angered Tatary*officials. The Russian giant has officially filed a lawsuit against its player*to FIFA. If proven guilty, Sardar*could face as long as a 2-year suspension.

New developments have also emerged that Sardar’s contract with Rubin Kazan includes*a clause, in which if a team offers the predetermined amount and Sardar Azmoun accepts the offer, Rubin Kazan, would have*to accept the offer as well. It has also been indicated by several sources that Rostov have already made an offer to Rubin Kazan to sign the Iranian, and Sardar Azmoun has also accepted the offer amount. As*Rubin Kazan refused*Rostov’s offer, Sardar Azmoun through a Sport Lawyer has also filed a lawsuit against Rubin Kazan to FIFA.

Without direct involvement, FIFA has reportedly suggested Rubin Kazan and Rostov officials to hold a meeting*on July 13th to ratify the contract dispute. Without any agreement between the two clubs, Sardar Azmoun’s situation will be scrutinized through FIFA investigation until FIFA’s ruling.

For now, while many players have secured their transfers to new teams and are training in pre-season games, Sardar Azmoun’s future is in limbo. Whether, he will join Champions-League qualifying team, Rostov, or face a suspension, we will know in coming days. Whatever happens though, if he would need to return to Rubin Kazan next season, he will have to deal with the club and fans’ hostility.

11 players have written complaint to the management of "Rubin"

Secretary General of the players and coaches union Nikolai Grammatikov reported that many players of "Rubin" wrote a complaint.

"Vladimir Dyadyun, Vladimir Sobolev, Inal Getigezhev, Kamil Mullin, Maxim Baht, Diniyar Bilyaletdinov, Shota Bibilov, Albert Sharipov, Andrew Pilyavskii, Marko Livaja and Blagoy Georgiev wrote a complaint to the "Rubin". The club has 10 days to resolve the situation. While this is a dispute between the club and the players, the RFU in him is not involved. From the very beginning of the season and the resumption of training activities "Ruby" on their criteria determined that these players do not actually need him.

On the fees they did not fly either with the first team or the second, they were left in Kazan. The boys train on the artificial turf, but many players is contraindicated, they had previously received an injury, and it is not recommended artificial turf after surgery. The training process involves not only maintaining physical condition, but also the time between game ties with the team to perform successfully in competitions. Task football - training in order to perform at competitions. Leaders of "Rubin" comes in the last century. I hope they realize that we can not act, and give players the opportunity to train with the team. Today, there are even the base is not allowed - it's old, long-forgotten methods of pressure on the players.

"Rubin" is doing everything to ensure that they have neither bought nor rented any player. Football player, who is in training undue conditions, loses its shape. They lose their condition, even from the standpoint of the physical form. At the same time we see that the Kazan club buys players and is the most active participant in the transfer market. The players trained for two weeks without days off - it's clear signs of pressure. Any coach will explain that in this training process does not make sense.

We were surprised by the Spanish coach of "Rubin", he is not seeing the guys decided. Mircea Lucescu, in contrast, called for all charges of "Zenith", who has been on loan, who was in the second team. A Spanish coach agreed with the a priori - time management has decided, then so be it. I do not know whether we are foreign coaches in the league are necessary? Without viewing a player decides that they are not needed, and they do not provide adequate training process, "- said the grammar in conversation with the correspondent of" Championship "Nikita Kuzin.
