CQ this time picked a wrong person, Branko is very popular in Iran among fans, players and coaches. Plus Persepolis is the most popular club in country base on numbers of fans.

This $hit should end, Taj should at some point as head of IFF talk to CQ in order he stops answering people's comments right and left by childish fb posts.

What is Karimi's issue with CQ?

It started with Karimi not being invited to world cup and then quitting as coach of TM and when did quit a lot of his die hard fans were disappointed with him and took CQ's side so his popularity went down hill and he was looking for an opportunity to attack him.

What the hell did exactly happen?

CQ simply asked the clubs to give rest to Team Melli players who weren't able to rest of the league was over. Once the league was over a lot of players were called up immediately for TM's camp and they played 2 friendly games so in order for the players to be safe and not get injured his asked the clubs to let those players rest. What he suggested was for the best interest of players, clubs and TM.
Remember when Khosrow was tired and CQ asked GN to give rest to his players and GN didn't? Khosrow ended up getting injured. Players had a tough season and their muscles are fatigue so it's normal for a coach to ask his players to get some rest.

And what CQ is asking is what Gus Hiding did in Korea and stopped the league games for three months or something like this to get the players ready.

What Karimi said was BS and even as a hardcore fan I won't defend him here - but sorry, what you guys said is nonsense too. Karimi was totally fine with not being invited and visited TM camp/matches to support CQ. Even after WC he constantly was pro-CQ and then became his assistant. At the end he left the team not because of CQ, but because he couldn’t deal with the federation - this is why CQ defended Karimi and was not angry when he left.

What Karimi said now is different, shame on him if its true - but please don’t make up stories.

I'm not choosing sides here. But Branko used to be Team Melli coach 10 years ago. I'm sure he struggled to compromise with league coaches during his time as Iran's head coach.

I also understand the fact thathe wants to make Persepolis fans happy and I know where he's coming from. He's serious about his job and the objectives put in front of him. I respect that.

But why can't he sympathize and compromise with Queiroz? After all the years of experience he has as coach in both national teams as well as club football. Why can't they compromise?

I love Persepolis and I want the best for my club and for all the fans. But this is Team Melli we're talking about here. It's about national pride and the future of our football. Some people don't understand the significance of being a part of the World Cup and how much of a positive impact it has on the growth of football in individual countries.
