He's at his peak now. Regardless of his age, Reza gives it all both for club and TM.

With the strong/resilient character shown so far, he might even be useful for us for the next world cup qualification campaign in 4 years.

Carlos needs to start him against Uzbaks, that create competition for Sardar as well and is good for both players.

Obviously Reza and Sardar's performance with their clubs as well as how they do in camp prior to the Uzbekistan match will decide who starts.

But I would like to see Reza start because I know that it will give Sardar motivation, it will give him "angizeh" and a confidence boost to come in after Reza and give his best.

I think Gucci's dogged nature and hustle can be really important in current state of Asian football as when team's like China start to play more defensive someone who plays fast and runs a lot like Gucci can really put them under more pressure and can easily open up the match for us by scoring earlier with his hustle.

I think even a combo of Azmoun and Gucci would be good to start. They will take defensive pressure off of each other as they are both always dangerous.

As much as some people want to see Reza start, I think he benefits us coming on as a super sub. While most defenses begin to tire out, having a fresh Reza coming onto the pitch is very lethal.
The only thing is I would want him coming on close to the 60th min rather than in the 70s min like CQ does sometimes. Sardar should start, but like usual, Sardar gasses out and needs to be taken off.
