Rostov's defense is horrible.

The defense isn't the problem. The high pressure from Rostov is creating gaps in midfield and defense that is giving PSV chances.
It's the tactic that is the main reason for the two goals, not the defense.

He can't be faulted too much on both goals
Rostov is pushing too many numbers up & leaving his back line exposed far to often on counter
Second goal was more like an own goal from his defender

Ratings can be deceiving. Poloz has been absent the whole match except for the two goals he scored while Azmoun has no goals but he has won all headers his way in the box and is demanding all traffic going forward.
