This is the problem with Sardar - from a psychological standpoint - he keeps idolizing Berdyev as a father-like figure. Very typical and sad in our culture - both the idolization part and the father-figure needing part of us. Remember how he was bailing when Berdyev was suppose to leave? For that reason, and that reason alone, I doubt he will leave.

Nothing really wrong with this, Ronaldo looked at SAF as a father figure too. Plus he performs under Berdyev, might as well play for him for a few years and attract bigger clubs

The problem is not "the father figure" idea!. You can see this as a trait for those players who have gone to Europe. The thing is they don't want to learn a new language, immerse themsel into the host country's culture, learn how to behave as a professional player in and off the pitch(i.e. don't get in punch up as Azmoun and others did with Qataris). I realised being away as an 18-19 years, leaving your family behind is far from easy, but this is the only way to become a fully professioal player!
