Arsenal Tula and Krylia Sovetov are among the clubs who are after Saeid according to "insider sources". This article also says that there is a possibility of him extending his contract with Rostov and get loaned to another club for more playing time but it doesn't make any sense IMO , he really has no reasons to do so

those seem to be pretty shitty teams, destined for demotion..!!?
hopefully he finds something outside the RPL..!! He is best off leaving for Western Europe...! Spain ideally .. or even Dutch league..!

Well , he will be a starter there for sure at least , but I also hope that he will leave Russia before it's too late and he gets stuck there like Azmoun. Even joining a Dutch team would be a better option for Saeid, even though I'm the first one to say Eredivisie is currently a much weaker league than RPL...
Yeah id definitely rather see saeid start in the RPL than play for an eredivisie club not named Ajax, PSV, or Feyenoord. Krylia would actually be a decent club for him if he gets playing time!

Bad clubs IMO, he should stay far away from relegation prone teams.
It won't be a problem if he joins one of these clubs on loan from Rostov though
he cant be loaned out if he doesnt have a contract with any club ..!
any club interested in his services is most probably looking to sign him to multi 3-4+ year contract ...! in order to develop and sell him off for profit after couple of seasons..!
unless they can secure Berdiyev services on a long term, Rostov is just gonna become another such "Arsenal Tula and Krylia Sovetov" type of RPL club in a year or so..!!

The article I posted earlier implied that he might renew with Rostov and join another club on loan
looool that was random. An iranian who admits a mistake......miracles happen these days
IRI's politics is no different than handling a pressure cooker ..... As the pressure builds up, you slowly let the steam out just a tad bit so that you don't see overflow, and once the pressure from below is less, you put the lid down again and raise the temperature.
