You are right that there are also players going to top leagues from Russia but their number is limited in comparison to players going from Eredivisie.. And the vast majority of those players leaving Russia aren't young anymore because they tend to spend way too much time there for obvious reasons.

bold is certainly the case here if news of this extension is legit..!!?
Yet if he only extends 2 years as stated and and he is guaranteed a loan move to Hamburg then it turn out a somewhat sensible move for both parties..?? Rostov gets a chance to likely make decent money in transfer fee and offload him elsewhere probably after the WC18, and if he joins Hamburg and they relegate, he can return back to Rostov or make the move permanent if they don't..! if such option to buy is included in his loan contract.!
all in all, it makes no sense for him to extend with Rostov if he doesn't have to. He will be much better off and far more marketable remaining unattached atm..!

man this Sardar vs Ruby pissfight has taken so damn long to get resolved..! Lets hope FIFA finally puts an End to this bs saga by the 19th as stated in the article. Im fairly certain that still open litigation case pertaining to who actually owns his rights as player has had a significant Negative Impact so far in his ability to garner more solid and serious interest/offers from many reported suitors ..!
