I will say tho generally speaking sardar is also the type of striker who helps the attacking front of his team a lot.

And by that I mean many times he starts the attacks, many times his creativity opens up the opponents.


He might not score the highest number of goals but anyone who watches him play knows he's brilliant.

سردار آزمون باز هم گل زد. این بار مقابل اسپارتاپراگ در لیگ اروپا. اسپارتاپراگ، پنجمین قربانی استعداد آزمون در این فصل بود؛ بعد از اندرلخت، آژاکس، اتلتیکو مادرید و بایرن مونیخ. سردار در گفت و گوی اختصاصی با هوادار، از این بازی صحبت می*کند و گل ویژه*ای که به ثمر رساند.

آمار گل*های اروپایی*ات را داری؟
چرا نداشته باشم؟ شش گل به ثمر رسانده ام. اولی مقابل مولده نروژ با پیراهن روبین کازان. گل*های بعدی را هم این فصل وارد دروازه اندرلخت، آژاکس، اتلتیکومادرید، بایرن مونیخ و اسپارتاپراگ کردم.
کدام گل برایت از همه جذاب*تر بود؟
قطعا گل به اتلتیکومادرید در ویسنته کالدرون.
گل تو به اسپارتاپراگ با حرکتی هماهنگ شده به ثمر رسید. تمرین کرده بودید؟
چندین بار روی به ثمر رساندن چنین گلی تمرین کرده بودیم. شاید به جرات بگویم بیش از 50 بار. می*دانستیم دفاع اسپارتاپراگ من تو من یارگیری می*کند. به همین دلیل سعی کردیم در تقابل*های یک یه یک موفق باشیم. روی گل هم من توپ را برای پولوز فرستادم، او پاسی عرضی داد، هافبک تیممان از روی توپ رد شد و من هم ضربه نهایی را زدم. خودم هم معتقدم گل زیبایی به ثمر رساندیم.
قبلا می*گفتی حضور در بهترین تیم*های باشگاهی جهان کار مشکلی نیست. الان هم که مثل آب خوردن در سطح اروپا گل می*زنی. هنوز هم روی حرفت هستی؟
صددرصد. باز هم حرفم را تکرار می*کنم. اگر خوب کار کنی و تمرکز داشته باشی، قطعا موفق می*شوی و می*توانی در بهترین تیم*های باشگاهی جهان بازی کنی. بازی در بهترین تیم*ها سخت نیست. فقط باید روی فوتبال متمرکز شوی چون بازیکنانی که در این تیم*ها بازی می*کنند از کره دیگری که نیامده*اند. آنها هم انسان هستند و تلاش کرده*اند که به این سطح رسیده*اند.
روستوف در لیگ اروپا تا کجا پیش می*رود؟
تا جایی که توان داشته باشیم. ما با توجه به پتانسیلی که داریم بازی می*کنیم و مرحله به مرحله پیش می*رویم.
امیدی به قهرمانی در لیگ اروپا داری؟
امید نداشتیم که تا این مرحله پیش نمی*آمدیم. با این شرایط و تیم هماهنگی که در اختیار داریم حتی می*توانیم از این هم بهتر نتیجه بگیریم و همینطور پیش برویم. شاید تا مراحل پایانی.
سوال این روزهای مردم از تو درباره دلایل ادامه حضورت در روستوف است. چرا جدا نشدی و به تیمی مطرح*تر نرفتی؟
من با بردی اف و کادر فنی روستوف چندین جلسه برگزار کردم و او به من فهماند که برایم زود است به تیم بزرگی بروم. من هم وقتی توضیحات او را شنیدم قانع شدم در روستوف بمانم و در لیگ اروپا و لیگ روسیه برای این تیم بازی کنم.
تا کی در روسیه می*مانی؟
آینده*ام مشخص نیست. من با روستوف قرارداد دارم و باید به آن پایبند باشم. نمی*توانم از حالا پیش*بینی کنم تا چه زمانی در روسیه می*مانم اما فعلا که هستم و تمرکزم را روی موفقیت در روستوف گذاشته*ام.

Definitely made sense to stay until the summer but if he doesn't move this summer he's a fool - it's good to be patient but now he's just over doing it. I'm completely against big moves in the winter it's 20x harder to come into a new team already assembled and in a grove while also having to adjust to a new environment, league, level of play, manager, etc. which is why the summer is the perfect time. He has some sort of love and attachment to Russia and Berydev which is holding him back in his career if he does not make a move to a bigger league and team. I anticipate a frustrating summer....

Its actually very good that he didnt leave in winter. He can continue shining in EL now, and theyre certainly through to the next round. Hopefully he scores another against Sparta in the return leg and at least 6 or 7 in the league. And then i can definately see a 15 to 20 milion bid comin from western europe which Rostov probably cant turn down. I really hope to see Sardar either in Primeria Division or Serie A.

And of course it would be great if Rostov can get to quarter or semi finals in the EL, or get a big draw.. Some big names like ManUnited, Tottenham or AS Roma in there. A goal against such teams is always good.

As I said before unfortunately he wont move from Russia this summer either! Not when it'll only be 1 year left to the WC which happens to be in Russia and where he can show himself to get a maximized contract!

But big clubs give you more of a chance when you're younger (20-23). Once you are in your prime (24-28), the big clubs don't give players second chances anymore.

Rostov needed him to make a deep Europa run and to watch his value ri$e even further as a result till offloading time this summer..!!
it makes very little sense for him to stay at Rostov past this summer and even less so for a small club such as Rostov to turn away a big payday and watch his contract run out and leave as free agent.

Shekari joining Rostov is the best news I've heard all day! Imagine how stacked team Melli's going to be in a few years. All of this European experience from a young age is going to take us at least to the round of 16 at WC 2018. I'm so pumped.

Sorry to burst your bubble but European experience is not necessarily relevant to making it to the second round in the WC! Perior to the WCQ2001 we had at least 13-14 players in Europe. Many of them were playing in the Bundesliga, let alone in the Russian or the Greek leagues. We didn't even make it to the WC! Back in 2006, we didn't have players in Rostov, Olympiacos or AZ but they were playing in Bayern Munich, Hamburg, Hannover, Kaiserslautern and Messina in Serie A! Not only we didn't make it to the second round, we came back as the last team in the group with our tails between our legs. Our best performance was in the WC 2014 where we had only Dejagah playing in the premier league and Gucci playing in the Belgian pro league. Shojaei was playing in a weak segunda team (Las palmas), Haghighi was playing in the second division (or was it even third) of Portugal. The rest of our players were playing in either the PGL or in the Arab leagues. We had CQ and we still didn't manage to make it to the second round!

The European experience is good but based on history, it doesn't automatically lead to a second WC round qualification. What is really needed for that, is a very good preparation! "QUALITY FRIENDLY GAMES", dedication of the players, Solidarity and unity of the team and the whole nation (no fights between coaches or media or players), enough training time and having discipline to the max! Only then we can have a chance! Otherwise it doesn't matter if we have 11 players playing in Barcelona and Real Madrid!

By performance I didn't mean in the WC as a whole but in a single game! None of our performances beat the game we played against Argentina!

But nonetheless, that proves my point even more!

European experience is invaluable for our young squad's confidence and international experience, but is not the most determining factor. We did great in 1998, mostly with our domestic league players. The key was the talent, team spirit, professional IFF president (Farahani) and most importantly a great preparation by Tomislav Ivic(RIP).

We have a lot of these ingredients which combined with European experience may lead us to better achievements in Russia, but without support from IPL clubs , IFF, Ministry of sports, etc, I wouldn't expect any better outcome than Brazil (if we manage to qualify this time with these subzero organization and AFC animosity).
