I too think that while sardar may want to stay until WC, if he does very well in europa league, then he will leave in the summer. Rostov, although they have become stable financially, are still not in a healthy enough position to reject offers in excess of 10 million euros. Azmoun's stock, providing no injury (touch wood), will be at all time high in the summer. I doubt sardar will sign a new contract, and they defo cant risk losing him for free. There is also always the risk that the WC, or another year after this season, will decrease this value as very young players (esp strikers) typically cant produce 3 great seasons in a row.

I honestly think villareal, dortmund, sevilla , leverkusen are all realistic destinations. Villareal in particular has a track record for developing excellent players, moving them on quickly to bigger clubs, and they have a good relationship with spains top clubs as well (barca, madrid, atleti). There is not extreme pressure there like there would be in england, and again , everything would be geared towards his development because thats how villareal stay financially sustainable. They are consistent in europa league (always get to latter stages), and imo would be the best fit, and have been the only team who have shown legitimate interest.

Dortmund is the best team out of all of those , but idk if they are actually interested. They recently signed Isak, but if auba leaves in summer (very likely) they will need another forward, and that will probably be a forward with more experience than isak , but still young.

Welcome to FC Rostov Reza Shekari!

First, Azmoun needs to score more goals in the league to attract concrete offers from a big league.

Secondly, Azmoun would be silly to stay at Rostov after the summer for Berdyev.

Has shekari been formally introduced to the club yet? The only thing I have seen so far is him in one of Azmoun's Instagram stories....

It just is a middle eastern cultural thing.

Anyway, glad they seem to be getting along so well - this will help acclimate Reza Shekari with his friend there.

A pretty great winter break transfer:

Dejagah to Wolfsburg (1st player back in Bundesliga in quite a while)
Shekari to Rostov (18 year old that was being wasted on the bench)
Karimi to the Olympicakos (perennial winners and CL)

different cultures maybe, but linguistically, there are many similarities.
