Yes, this is very confusing. Italian media is reporting that Lazio are in the advanced stages of negotiations for buying Azmoun for 10-12 million.

Maybe Kazan are selling him on and the fight was to get his rights to get the transfer fee.

But this wouldn't match with his interview to be honest.

Ali Karimi 2.0 in the making. What a waste, every time we produce world class potential players, they are simply the dumbest players ever.

I hope no one will "expect" Sardar to move after the WC. This move to Rubin made it 50-50 for him (and that is, if he decides to leave Berdyev, otherwise forget it), as opposed to higher chances of having a good career in the top leagues by accepting one of his decent offers.

People talk about risk but I see this Rubin move to be way more risky for his career.

I would still take it with a grain of salt tho. Hopefully he won't move there and the Lazio rumours are true. There's way too much noise from their fans and major Italian medias
