good for rostov. 3-0 win puts them temporarily 2 points away from 4th place Krasnodar in automatic Europa League spot. Rostov havent conceded a goal in the league since DECEMBER 11th. They are usually fucking boring to watch if the other team doesnt attack them, but they do have an incredible defensive work ethic and discipline as a team. If they had a bit more money and were able to sign some better, young attacking players to play on the wings or in the middle, they could easily challenge the likes of spartak and zenit for the league every year... TBH they could really use somebody like torabi, shekari , etc.

You guys are too harsh on Sardar. He's a young player who's still learning to transition back and forth from Iran to Russia (Team Melli to FC Rostov). It's not uncommon for a footballer to go through a phase like this one. A lot is expected from this young man. Playing as the #1 striker for a country of 78 million people at this age, and having to fly back and forth and fulfill his club's coach's expectations as well. Please give it time and be ghole ma Iroonia, "Dandoon roo jigar bezarin lotfan".

Learning transition what? The guy is 4 years in Russia and yet can't establish himself as regular starter in a team like Rostov or put up even 10 goals a season. Both him and Ezzatollahi regressed tbh.

I'm sorry but these excuses are getting pathetic, he's 21 & he still can't score consistently. Maybe Rostov's tactics don't help either but nonetheless his goalscoring ratio is pretty shit to say the least.
