Taremi was always honest with the club. He told them at the end of the season he is leaving.

Rezaeian on the other hand was shameful. He was disgusting. He used all the excuses (sickness, family issues, his father's health...) to say he can't show up. I don't like him at all. He will be back in Iran in one year anyways.
This reminds me of when Bakhtiarizadeh (and one other player I can't remember) went to Turkey, and then took a club car back to Iran because the club wasn't paying them.

turkish league is perfect for getting picked up by a bigger club, the biggest clubs always pick the best players from the other clubs

By the way Kweuke the former Esteghlal player also plays for Rizespor.

How do we know that media isn't lying about his excuses? as they did whit taremis transfer. And every other transfer or whatever they write to sell newspapers or the usual parti bazi?

He changed the attitude of players inside Iran, this transfer window more than ever we hear about players especially young players going to smaller European leagues and taking risks, something that before CQ was rare.

I am not a big fan of Rezaeian game anyway, i guess Ghafouri is much better than him, Rezaeian main force is his stamina and this is the reason why CQ like this guy, other than that his defensive game for a right back is not reliable at all.

I'm probably missing something, as Azmoun and Jahanbakhsh went to Europe before they were even under CQ's radar. And we actually have more QSL players than ever before now, and CQ is the coach. I doubt there is a direct correlation between CQ being head coach and Iranian youngsters going to Europe more often.

By the way Rizespor has 5 current NT players (Iraq, Georgia, Nigeria, Cameroon, Ivory Coast). Now its 7 players

Guys please don't underestimate Turkish League. Ramin will go on face to face with likes of: Oscar Cardozo, Luis Nani( if he stays in Fenerbahçe), Quaresma etc. and Taremi will get experience from high quality defenders and goalkeepers like: Chedjou, Kjaer, Muslera, Volkan Babacan( NT GK ). I think it will be a good start for their European career. And i want to remind you guys Rizespor never lost to Galatasaray in league and they proceed until Semi-Finals in Turkish Cup.
Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things and no good thing ever dies.

CQ even mentioned this in one of his first 90 interviews.

Most of the excuses were from his own instagram.
His ITC won't be allowed. If Persepolis complains to FIFA Rezaeian will have issues.

The difference amount of players in Europe we had in the 2011 Asian Cup (before CQ) compared to now is too great to call it coincidence.

                              2011:
                              Nekounam (La Liga)
                              Shojaei (La Liga)

                              2016:
                              Alireza Haghighi (Primeira Liga)
                              Milad Mohammadi (Russian Premier League)
                              Ramin Rezaeian (Super Lig)
                              Saeid Ezatolahi (Russian Premier League)
                              Ali Karimi (Prva HNL)
                              Alireza Jahanbakhsh (Eredivisie)
                              Reza Ghoochannejhad (Eredivisie)
                              Karim Ansarifard (Super League)
                              Sardar Azmoun (Russian Premier League)
                              Mehdi Taremi (Super Lig)

Unforunately a lot of people do not realize that with out CQ we would have NOT qualified for WC2014 (I mean look at our team, we didn't have Dejagah for any of the final games and our line up against Korea in the last game would be conisdered as one of the worst TM's on paper) and we would not be Asia's #1 team right now and have a great chance for qualifying for WC2018. Now the fact that people are talking about the 2nd round of WC2018 is a great indicator of how far we have come, 3 years ago we would have been just happy to make it to Brazil, now if we make it to Russia we will go with responsiblity and expectation on our backs, something that was non existent last time around.

That is a nice list but still no player in top 4 European league which is a total disappointment if you ask me, even Iraq has one, most of second, 3rd rated European teams have many most of African half decent teams have some and the list goes on and on..
