It depends what you call by fans, in turkey people are either Gala or Fener fans, following by few Trabzon and Besiktas. They follow their hometown team as well but majority in even smaller cities are die hard Gala and Fener's. They even close their stores, restaurants, get out of the works to watch these two teams matches. Big rivalry between two as well.
