I honestly believe neither one of you 2 gentlemen realize the severity of his current breach of contract with the Turkish club. Plus the 2 cases of leaving and coming back to Perspolis CANNOT remotely be compared to one another. Joining Rizespor was absolutely a legal and contractual move as he was a free agent at the time with no contract/obligation to Perspolis, while abandoning Rizespor, despite his contract and without a heads-up/negotiation with the club is definitely a violation of contract which warrants punishments for can be quite costly both for him and Perspolis.

Now playing in Europe and its advantages for the future of a footballer is another subject, that only should be of his own business, even though it would be idiotic not to want to pursue one's career in Europe, instead deciding to play in Iran under its constant bizarre circumstances!

I have noticed people in Iran have extreme obsession with Social Media, and take all these new cyber trend of rants and insults to the heart and make decisive changes in their career and lives based on these rants. Very often on Iranian TV/internet shows you hear them constantly talking about how people behave on their Instagram etc.

I think it's best for all our athletes not to have public social media, and mainly focus on their career, rather than their selfies and fights/reactions to public's remarks and insults.

back to his contract, the problem is that I can't say anything, (and I doubt anyone else can either) because I never saw a source that explained his contract. did he even have a contract or was he there on a trial base. I am not even sure about that.

I am thinking that if YOU and others feel that his contract with the Turkish club maybe an issue, then surely he and his agent knew that too. Unfortunately, there are no reliable sources anywhere to find out about such details. add to that the fact that our players and their agents never really speak clearly until the shit hits the fan. so, I just don't know what kind of a mess he could get into or if he will have any issues legally.

Besides, the issue of his contract is a completely separate issue than what I was talking about. the people, such as yourself, who are insulting him would have done the same even if he had NO contract with the Turkish team and had decided to come back without signing. even if there really was %1 chance that he is suffering from depression (which is not unheard off for someone who has never left home), you and fans like you would still rather see him stay in Turkey, depressed, but not come back and if he does, he is an idiot, he is a fake, he is a waste..
