I guess it really does have to do with the league popularity, since everyone would like to see the likes of Oscar, Tevez, Witsel, etc.

To be honest, the quality of our football federation needs to be up to standard in my opinion. I mean like the grounds, the stadiums, the broadcasting. Imagine if Iran wanted to host a tournament, it would hurt me to see that with all our talented, skillful and hard working players & staff, we would fail to deliver quality football from within our country.

Straight up, I mean why wouldn't EA put a garbage league in the game whose country doesn't even follow basic universal marketing rules yet put a league with many star players whose country DOES respect those rules?

This has been discussed countless times yet people like you are still bewildered.

As mentioned, very easy to convert him but his stats are actually really good for CAM and even a CM (just need to boost his passing with a good chem style) .. kind of slow for a ST in the game imo
