به گزارش خبرگزاری فارس و به نقل از سایت رسمی راه آهن، اگر این اصل مهم فراموش شود تاثیرات مخرب این کمبود بزرگ و بی توجهی به تیم های پایه ای گریبان تیم ها را خواهد گرفت. رمز موفقیت اغلب باشگاههای اروپایی و حتی ایرانی پیش از کسب جام و افتخار توجه به آکادمی و امر بازیکن سازی است

.این موضوع به قدری اهمیت دارد که گاه شاهد آن هستیم باشگاههایی همچون رئال مادرید و بارسلونا با کودکان 10 یا 11 ساله قرارداد می بندند. جای تعجب نیست باشگاهی همچون راه آهن یزدان با سابقه ای روشن که در صدر بازیکن سازترین باشگاههای ایرانی قرار دارد بخواهد در این راستا گام بردارد.به جرات می توان راه آهن را بازیکن سازترین باشگاه فوتبال تهران و شاید ایران نامید و این را می توان از تعداد ستاره هایی که از این باشگاه برخاسته اند فهمید.

آخرین محصول راه آهن برادران دوقلوی میلاد و مهرداد محمدی بودند که به پیراهن تیم ملی رسیدند.هم اکنون برنامه های بازیکن سازی و تقویت آکادمی راه آهن یزدان در اولویت مدیران این باشگاه قرار دارد. در همین راستا و پس از چند سفر متعدد پیمان کیانیان به آلمان و تحقیقات و بررسی لازم چهار مربی شناخته شده این کشور به ایران فراخوانده شدند تا آکادمی راه آهن یزدان را زیر نظر بگیرند.

مارکوس لویک(استعدادیاب باشگاه لورکوزن آلمان و یوفا)، نیکو استرنبرگ(مربی دروازه بانی سابق مونیخ 1860)، دومینیک پالمر(مربی بدنساز باشگاه آرمینیا بیلفلد) و کریستیان هاپل( مدیر مارکتینگ باشگاه کمینتزرآلمان، فارغ التحصیل دانشکده لیورپول انگلیس با سابقه همکاری با شرکت آدیداس)

هم اکنون به دعوت باشگاه راه آهن یزدان در ایران حضور دارند. مدیریت این آکادمی نیز بر عهده بابک افشار خواهد بود.اما بشنوید از پیمان کیانیان مالک باشگاه راه آهن یزدان که با ایده و عقاید روشنی مربیان آلمانی را به ایران آورده است و در این رابطه می گوید:" تیم های پایه ای باید بیش از هر زمان دیگری مورد توجه قرار بگیرد و حضور این مربیان هم بدین منظور است تا فلسفه فوتبال آلمانی با مهارت و دقت به جوانان راه آهن یزدان منتقل شود."

Great initiative by Rah Ahan. Hopefully the can return to their golden ages by using players from their own academy.
The new owner of Rah Ahan seems to be a smart person.
The greek coach Topalidis is still in the clubs, even though the team relegated so the club is definitely looking for consistency. They now have a lot of foreign expertise in the club. I just hope this is a long-term project and not a way to earn fast money.

Branko should go and bring some of his fellas from Croatia and strengthen Perspolis academy. A country with only 4.5 million people produced players like Ivan Rakitic, Marcelo Brozović, Luka Modrić, Ivan Perišić, Mario Mandžukić, Dejan Lovren, Ivan Perišić, Šime Vrsaljko, Danijel Subašić and many more.

Imagine what Iran can do with a population of 80 million people. Our clubs must take their responsibility and not think about "ghahremani" all the time.

This is by far the best news coming from Iran regarding football these days.

I just hope they stick to their plans and don´t just leave them midways. We can have many talents introduced to Iranian football from this academy. And it will certainly also serve the club well by transferring these talents to bigger clubs in Iran or to Europe.

Great news.
The only problem is I am not sure if they know what %*^*& they have stepped into. Did they do their due diligence on businesses in Iran, how they are run and how "independent" they can be?
I just hope they go on about their business unscathed from IRGC, gov't, mullahs, agha-zadehs, ... and other parasites in Iran
