Not on a day to day level, an Azeri speaker can get by in Turkey. My family are Azeri and when we vacation in Turkey every year my mom and uncles find it fairly easy to communicate - sometimes they mistake us for Cypriot Turks. However, for more complicated matters, an Azeri speaker might need to study a few hours per week each month for about 6 months to a year to speak like an Istanbuli..
    That's my experience anyway..

Sajad's Turkish(Turkey) is pretty decent for an Azari, usually Azaris need some transition time as it was said but it seems he either traveled a lot to Turkey or watched lots of Turkish TV series.

I've spoken to my friends from turkey and they said that besides the large cities in turkey, Ankara, Istanbul, antalya. People still for the most part speak the old dialect of Turkish which is much more similar to azari. My azari family never have a problem communicating and getting normal things done in turkey. You probably need to do some studying like others have said for serious or in depth conversations.

Unlike Taremi and Rezaeian who scurried back to Iran, Sajjad had a pair with this signing.

            Respect! Respect! Respect!

            Can't say it enough.

To be fair to Rezaeian, Persepolis wouldn't provide his ITC, so it is hard to blame him.

I would go crazy and loose faith in iranian football

Well you shouldn't lose faith in Iranian football. You should lose faith in Iranian footballers who are cowards like Rezaeian & Taremi.

Or lose faith in Iranian footballers who follow Arash Borhani's footsteps.

We still have a great bunch of European based players 😊

Not sure if the below statement indicates Sajjad played a part in one of the goals from their 3:2 loss today:

"Orange and green team came through with Ayiti and Sajad more attacks by the opponent's goal on a play by the opponent in this circuit. Match 90th minute goal was chafing Akin's head determines the score 2-3."

Line up & team picture in friendly vs Adanaspor, i guess he will be team first choice for striker.

Alanya and Sajajd will face Al-Ahli and Jababri and Montazeri tomorrow.
The only positive thing about Qatar league is they have much better preparation compare to most of IPL teams and play some decent friendlies. Which at the end can help some TM players like Montazeri, Ashkan and PAG.
