Dynamo looked a damn solid team in that bit of highlight reel..!!
it may take him a bit longer than i first thought to break into the first team squad..!!?? but having been offered a long 5 year contract tells me that they rate the kid and believe he will come good for them sooner or later..!!also Dynamo may loose some key starters in transfer market yet which may open up more opportunities for our boy to show his stuff..?
for me, just Training with Dynamo's first team will do his football progress far more good than starting in IPL game in, game out....!

Why Ali Karimi don't play?
Because he don't have power to play in Croatia league till now!!!!! He was without any peparartion power to play and dedefinetily he don't have quality till now to play,because Dinamo have players on that place which is price to buy them around 10 and 15 million euro,he must be lucky if he is on the bench!!!!!

The future? Not every player is bought with the intention of giving them immediate playing time. Some players have potential and the team sees a bright future for them. Some develop into starters and even big name players, others flounder.

Just like Sardar, Karimi will have to earn playing time over time. I don't understand why we assume a young player like this should be an automatic starter or rotation player. Let the kid get acclimated and develop a bit before throwing him in the deep end. With his hard work, he can make it. He shouldn't have anything handed to him, or he will become a lazy player. We've seen players like that in our history. Given too much too fast.

Patience people. Not many of us seem to have it. I still can't bash Taremi and Rezaeian, because their actions reflect us as fans. We want our players to transfer to Europe so badly, then cry and moan when they're not given automatic minutes. Let them prove themselves and take time to develop. In a professional club atmosphere and without the constant impatience and pressure placed on them, these young players have the chance to develop into special players. Give them time. Relax everybody.
