Maybe an occasional call up to be a backup from the bench I'd say, it depends of his progression with Dinamo. We have to be patient and see how he progresses because the talent it there, he will need to play more tho

Ezzat was playing all of last year and he hadnt played a minute yet for Rostov. Plus he was getting attention even before that when he was with Atletico C team. I think Karimi, who played a ton with sepahan, and just moved to europe on a 5 year contract with a CL team, deserves a call up even if he has just been on the bench so far.
